Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through Mpesa). The refunded amount will include 100% the value of the item but will not include any shipping (when products are shipped), custom charges (for international orders), taxes, or packaging fees. Refunds are processed immediately when the returned items have being received and accepted by Tashaz Customer Service Department.
Return Policy - The Basics
If you are unhappy with any item please contact our customer service via WhatsApp +254742007701 or email support@tashaz.com. We know sometimes sizes can be wrong. We have several shops in Kenya and can offer a direct swap or a close alternative to your item. This normally fixes most problems. If however you still want to return the item we are very sorry for the inconvenience and will strive to learn and be better.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, or with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@tashaz.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or giveaway items or delicates (Bra and underwear).
