We offer delivery within Nairobi and nationwide in Kenya for free as part of our affordability campaign.

Express delivery is offered between 10am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday.

Store Pick Up Orders (SPUs)

Tashaz orders can be sent to one of our affiliate stores for local pick up. Store Pick Up Orders should be collected within 7 days of purchase. This is also a free service exclusive to Tashaz.

Estimated number of days within which you will receive your Tashaz order are listed in the table below. These timelines include processing and in-transit time for your order.

Delivery time varies according to location and whether you are purchasing items in Kenya or from Abroad.
