Shipping Policy

We deliver our products Country wide in Kenya for FREE to your nearest local shop for you to pick up. You can choose to pay for your items upfront and we deliver when goods are ready. Alternatively,  you can use our pay on delivery service. This means you can checkout on our website and pay nothing (KSHS 0)  until you have received your products, inspected them, tried them and are satisfied. If you don't like them for any reason, no problems, our courier will take the items back with our apologies and you will be charged nothing. If you like them you can pay via mobile money (Mpesa or airtel money) and our courier will give you the items you ordered with our gratitude. Currently, our pay on delivery service runs in Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa, Usenge, Bondo, Migori, Kakamega, Uyoma and Asembo. We are gradually expanding to other places. So please call us on +254111565192 if you would like us to set FREE delivery in your area. Alternatively, if you order a product outside our delivery zones, we will call you to arrange a delivery zone with your nearest shop.

The pay on delivery process is as outlined below.

1. We will call you to inform you that your items are in transit to your local shop. 

2. Once we have delivered your items at your local shop, we will inform you to pick up.

3. You have 3 days to pick up from the local shop or the items will be sold or returned to us.

4. When you pick up your items, thoroughly inspect and try them on to make sure they fit.

5. If satisfied with the items you pay via mobile money with our gratitude, If you don't like the items we take them back with our apologies for inconvenience.

Tashaz orders can be sent to one of our affiliate stores for local pick up. Store Pick Up Orders should be collected within 3 days of purchase. 

Estimated number of days within which you will receive your Tashaz order are listed below. These timelines include processing and in-transit time for your order.

Delivery time varies according to location and whether you are delivering by Sea or by Air.

Standard  Delivery

0 - 3 business days Within Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa

4 - 10 Business days for in other areas and heavy items.
