All our products are shipped by weight. This is calculated at checkout. Customers have the choice of paying for their items by standard delivery once calculated or post paying the delivery cost once their items are ready for dispatch in Kenya.

Store Pickup

Tashaz orders can be sent to one of our affiliate stores for local pick up. Store Pick Up Orders should be collected within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping Timeframe

Estimated number of days within which you will receive your Tashaz order are listed below. These timelines include processing and in-transit time for your order.

Delivery time varies according to location and whether you are delivering by Sea or by Air.

Standard Delivery

0 - 3 business days for local items

4 - 10 Business days for Abroad Items

2 - 6 Weeks for Heavy Items like sofas, beds and Fridges.
